唐风琴，女，1983.06，江苏连云港人，中共党员，博士，教授，硕士生导师，相山学者。主持省级及以上教科研项目十余项。指导市场调查与分析大赛、统计建模大赛等，获国家级奖项三项，省级奖项十余项。安徽省三八红旗手，安徽省系统科学学会理事。
